6. Interstellar (2014)
Cooper, who was a scientist in previous years, had the sole purpose of taking care of his family and providing a safe life for his two children with the money he earned by farming in large corn fields. One day, the man who misses his old career receives an offer he never expected. Moreover, he must make the right decision about this offer to protect not only his family but all humanity.
Meanwhile, in the near future where the film takes place, the problems of life on earth (drought and climate change) have reached frightening proportions. 7. Another Earth (2011)
Rhoda Williams is a bright student who has been accepted to MIT. One evening, while driving drunk after a celebration he attended, he focused his attention on the newly discovered planet. While his mind is on a completely different planet, he gets distracted and has an accident. Williams causes the death of a pregnant woman and her son, and the father driving the car being admitted to intensive care. Williams, who was sentenced to four years in prison for this incident, still felt remorse when he served his sentence and returned home.
